THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
We grow and hand pick beautiful fruit from our Margaret River vineyards. After that we keep the complex use of additive based processing out of the picture by implementing traditional hand-made winemaking techniques. Right on!
About US
Winemakers Ruben Felix and Phillip Caspar founded Felix Caspar Wines in 2017, releasing their first vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon. That wine became the “Murray,” which we now produce each year alongside a distinct range of single-block and single-variety wines.
